Text mesaging has its advantages and disadvantages as compared to cell phone calling,first of all texting is much more convienient in the fact that you can text multiple messages at a time where by communicating with all your friends simultaneously.

 A disadvantage is that while texting your head is down and you are looking at a screen and letters you are typing this can be a huge problem if you are walking and trying to text,so the majority of the time you are texting you are most likely sitting or in a still position.
